There will be a FAN CLUB ONLY re-release of “Gilded Justice” from the last CD available for free download this month. This version has the current lineup of guys redoing the song, as well as a bunch of enhanced things over and above the last recording. This will be available shortly through a secure download for a very limited time.

Andrew Whiting Resigns

Andrew Whiting has resigned as drummer for “the Last Act”. We all wish him well in his new direction in life and all the best in his future endeavors.
This Saturday @ DogPound Rodeo Grounds will be the last gig with Andrew and if you wanna see it, you gotta be there! Hope to see you all come out!

The disc is on schedule for release and the ads have started for the Olds gig, March 6, 2010 @ Tracks Pub! The commercials have started all over central Alberta, from just south of Edmonton to just north of Calgary on Rock 104 FM…quite the radius! You can check it out here.
Those who pre-ordered the disc will get it first, and it will be a Limited Edition (i.e. complete with signatures from the band). If you are one of these people, expect this in your mailbox Thursday or Friday (March 4 or 5).
Since some of the band is going on vacation right after the gig, all re-releases of old songs have been put on hold. They are still coming, just not until April.

This one is to all our loyal fans: as of next week we will be re-recording two songs of the last album ” No Good Deed…” with the new lineup and it will be available to the fan club ONLY sometime in March this year. The two songs are “Full Volumage” and “Gilded Justice”. Both Jason and Andrew love these songs because they think they encompass the essence of what The Last Act is all about and want to re-produce them.
